According to the silly notions of traditional systems, a term for some category of people, for whom computers would be made, but who for whatever reason would not learn about the technical details in any manner. Usually these presume lack of ability or work ethic in some implicit manner.Actually, dumbness or intelligence (which the definition connotes) are quite independent from people's technical knowledge. By despising people like that, the computer industry only manages to discourage people from using computers.
