Valentin F. Turchin
Valentin F. Turchin is a person, Russian philosopher-scientist which introduced a unified cybernetic meta-theory of universal evolution, Meta-System Transition (MST) and created the REFAL language, to which he applies the same cybernetic principles to programs via a program transformation technique, Supercompilation (SCP).His Internet start-up company, Supercompilers LLC.
Valentin Turchin is also one of the editors of the Principia Cybernetica project.
