Feel free to do whatever you like with Retro, as long as you follow these
guidelines:

1. Please submit any changes you make. Either use CVS, or send me diff's.
(Or if you have to, send a copy of the files you changed/created)

2. I've written the kernel and modules so they can be compiled using only
GNU Make and NASM. Please don't change them so they require additional
programs. If you feel you could *significantly* improve Retro by using
additional programs, please ask me (tcn@tunes.org) before you commit the
changes to the CVS repository. If you want to write some *new* module,
utility, or program, use whatever tools you want.

3. Adhere to the terms of the license (COPYING.LIB). In other words, don't
turn it into a proprietary product. You can write proprietary software to
run under this operating system, of course (although I wouldn't bother,
since it's a prototype :-).
