A *(term) coined within the _(Tunes Interfaces) subproject for the use of _(higher-order) objects to deal with and relate _(hypertext) systems.

Generally this encompasses the same kinds of ideas as _(Tim Berners-Lee)'s _(Semantic Web) project, but the Tunes philosophy makes for a qualitatively different approach. Mainly, by not relying on the least common denominator of development tools, the typewriter-style text editing context, the issues with identity and _(ontology) are more relevant to the actual domains than their representations in _(XML)-based formats. Furthermore, a finer _(grain) of referencing is possible due to the manner in which _(object)s should be (de/re-)composable within Tunes semantics.
